Tina Knowles Clarifies Social Media Activity After Unexpected Pos

The rapper has dismissed all charges against him, yet his mother-in-law appears skeptical.

Beyonce‘s mother, Tina Knowles, claimed that her Instagram account was hacked after she “liked” a post related to the rape lawsuit facing her son-in-law Jay-Z.

“I’ve been hacked!” Knowles wrote in a message shared on his social media on Monday night

“As everyone knows, I don’t play with my family. So, if you see something that’s not characteristic of me, just know that it’s not me!” added the matriarch of the Knowles family.

The controversy began when Knowles‘ Instagram account “liked” a post from ABC 7 Chicago News reporting that Jay-Z, 55, and Sean “Diddy” Combs, also 55, were named in a lawsuit for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

Knowles, 70, was quick to defend herself on social media, reiterating her stance on protecting her family at all costs

“Please stop playing with me!!!! ‘No weapon formed against my family will prosper,'” she wrote alongside her post, quoting a Bible verse.

Jay-Z, for his part, denied the allegations and responded bluntly in a statement to Page Six
