Kodagu: A man was arrested and booked under Section 377 of IPC for allegedly having sex with a cow in Suntikoppa of Karnataka’s Kodagu.
The accused identified as Abubakar Siddique was spotted having intercourse with the bovine by the owner of the animal. On November 27, Sunday, the cow was taken to a field by the owner. When he returned later to take the cow back to his residence, he spotted Siddique indulging in the unnatural act. Later, the police were notified and Abubakar Siddique was arrested.
He was booked under Section 377 which deals with unnatural offences and carnal intercourse against the order of nature.
Earlier in August, a 62-year-old former government official was arrested for allegedly having sex with a cow in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam. The sexagenarian was arrested after a video of the incident went viral on the internet. Later an investigation revealed that the man was habitually involved in sexual acts with pet dogs and cows.
