Eagle-eyed radar watchers revealed the plane’s movements imprinted the shape of a penis in the sky next to the Kremlin’s naval base at Tartus in Syria.
The KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling plane left the X-rated symbol as it soared through the air in February, as the Russian dictator was ordering troops to build up along the borders of Ukraine.
